Notes on installation of universal bellows compensator:
- The direction of the guide tube should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline (there is a flow direction mark on the compensator);
- After the on-site installation is completed, the small pull rod on the universal bellows compensator must be removed;
- In order to reduce the force on the pipe rack, if the universal bellows compensator needs to be pre-stretched and compressed before installation, it must be proposed when ordering the compensator, and it cannot be operated privately.
Application of universal bellows compensator:
When using universal bellows compensators, it is necessary to consider the displacement of the pipeline and reasonably set the pipeline support and hanger.
In the case of lateral displacement or axial and lateral combined displacement, the limitation of using universal bellows compensators is mainly the limited ability of the compensator to absorb lateral displacement.
In addition, in the case of high working pressure, high temperature, large diameter or in the case of inability to install the main fixed bracket or multiple guide brackets on the structure, the use of universal bellows compensators may not work. At this time, it is necessary to contact technicians to replace the form of the compensator.
