Description
The tie rod limit rubber joint is composed of two flanges and a rubber ball. On the basis of the flexible rubber joint, a limit device is added. The limit device includes ear plates, limit bolts, nuts, etc. In the early stage of the finished product of the rubber joint, the flange is used to symmetrically weld the ear plates. Generally, secondary welding is used for the welding work. The ear plates are welded on the flange, the limit bolts are connected, and the nuts are tightened to form the tie rod limit rubber joint.
Parameters
Introducing the Rubber Expansion Joint, a vital component for various piping systems. Also known as flexible single-ball rubber joints, rubber flexible joints, soft joints, shock absorbers, pipe shock absorbers, or shock absorber throats, this product offers exceptional flexibility, airtightness, medium resistance, and weatherproofing capabilities.
Crafted from a high-quality rubber material, the Rubber Expansion Joint exhibits elasticity, superior airtightness, and resistance to various mediums, weathering, and radiation. Constructed using a high-strength polyester cord fabric with excellent cold and heat stability, the joint is intricately cross-compounded and vulcanized under high pressure and temperature conditions.
Performance features:
Flexible rubber joints, also known as shock absorbers, pipe shock absorbers, shock absorber throats, soft joints, etc., are pipe joints with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance, and weather resistance. Its characteristics include:
1. Small size, light weight, good elasticity, easy installation and maintenance.
2. It can produce lateral, axial and angular displacement during installation, and is not restricted by the non-concentricity of the user’s pipes and the non-parallel flanges.
3. It can reduce structural transmission noise during work and has a strong vibration absorption ability.
4. Our self-developed internal seamless high-pressure rubber joints can more effectively prevent corrosive media from corroding the inner wall of the rubber joints in high-temperature, acid, alkali, and oil-resistant pipelines, and improve the service life.
