Production Completed and Delivery Preparation Underway

We are pleased to share that a new batch of metal asphalt hoses has successfully completed production and is now ready for shipment. These hoses are specially designed for transporting hot asphalt, bitumen, and other high-temperature viscous materials, providing a durable metal solution for demanding operating conditions.

Throughout the production process, our team followed the customer’s technical requirements closely and adjusted key parameters to match the actual application. As a result, the finished hoses fully meet both performance and reliability expectations.

Production Completed with Careful Quality Control

During manufacturing, our technicians monitored every critical step, from raw material preparation to final assembly. Meanwhile, our quality control team carried out inspections at each key stage to ensure consistency and stability.

Before packing, we conducted a series of final checks, including:

• Visual inspection of the corrugated metal structure

• Verification of hose length, diameter, and end connections

• Inspection of wire braiding and reinforcement quality

• Pressure and sealing checks where required

Only after all inspections were completed successfully did the hoses move to the packing stage.

Designed for High-Temperature Asphalt Applications

Unlike rubber hoses, metal asphalt hoses rely on an all-metal structure to handle continuous high-temperature operation. Typically, each hose features a corrugated stainless-steel inner tube, combined with optional stainless-steel wire braiding for additional strength.

Thanks to this design, the hoses deliver:

Secure Packing and Shipment Arrangement

Once production and inspection were completed, our logistics team immediately began preparing the shipment. To protect the hoses during transportation, we applied suitable packing solutions based on hose size and shipping method, including protective wrapping, reinforced cartons, or wooden crates.

In addition, we protected all end fittings carefully and labeled each package clearly. This approach not only reduces the risk of damage, but also helps customers handle unloading and installation more efficiently upon arrival.
