We handle every step in-house, from material selection all the way through to final testing. Our experienced team operates advanced machinery to deliver consistent quality. A Glimpse Inside Our Workshop
Raw Material Preparation
To begin, we start with high-grade stainless steel. Using precision slitting equipment, we cut master coils to the exact widths required for various hose diameters.
Hose Forming
From there, we continuously wind the profiled strip to form the hose core. For welded varieties, automated TIG welding creates a strong, leak-proof seam.

Reinforcement (Braiding)
For high-pressure applications, we also tightly weave a stainless steel wire braid around the hose core. This adds significant strength while still maintaining flexibility.
Cutting & Assembly
Once the hose is ready, our team cuts it to customer-specified lengths and attaches end fittings such as flanges or threads through welding or mechanical connections.

Testing
Finally, we never skip quality assurance. Before shipping, we rigorously test every assembled hose through testing to verify integrity and pressure rating.
